Love this wig!
I love everything about this wig--the cut/style, fit and color! I adore the color Bubblegum-R--it's the perfect color for me. The pink tint softens the white and creates a very complimentary color that I suspect is enhancing for women of many different skin tones. The short, choppy cut with a nice amount of permatease is very flattering and can be styled from a flatter, conservative look to a choppy, edgy look. And it's so natural looking--I've been complimented by hairdressers who were surprised to learn it was a wig! Continental Wigs provided me with the best customer service I've ever received! The Billie I received had a seam of wefts that wasn't stitched down. Because I didn't see it until after applying product, I knew they wouldn't exchange it but I wanted them to know, so I sent an email with pics attached. I received an immediate response and their decision was to send me another wig, free of charge, and to have me keep the defective wig because it would cost me too much in postage to return. I received the 2nd wig right away and it was perfect. Coming to Michigan, United States from England I was surprised how fast their shipping was, on both orders! Continental Wigs is a great company, very customer-friendly! I enjoyed everything about our interactions, especially the friendly phone calls. They have earned me as a customer and I will continue to shop with them.
