I received the wig this morning. I'm really, really pleased with it. Many thanks for the cute mask. The only thing that was missing is the comb. So if you could pop that in the post please.

This is my take on the wig. The colour is wonderful. It's such a pretty colour. It really does look like I spent hours in the salon and paid a fortune to get this colour.

The base is a warm, medium honey blonde. But it isn't too gold or brassy or veering toward reddish. It doesn't have any weird colours. There are about another three or four different warm blondes mixed in. I noticed a bit of lovely soft strawberry blonde and some slightly lighter warm blondes. Then the highlights are an almost pale Nordic blonde but with a bit of warmth. The highlights frame the face and there are some on top and crown as well.

The root colour is medium brown. It isn't a dramatic root. It's short and blends in well with the rest of the wig. It transitions very gradually into the main colours. So you don't have that sudden break you sometimes see in cheaper wigs.

In my view this shaded wheat would be great for someone whose bio hair was medium brown. But they wanted to add blonde to that. But they were afraid of maybe going too blonde or brassy. Someone said it's similar to Shaded Praline but with a warmer blonde tone.

I think it would be flattering to most skin tones. But it's not a colour for someone who is into ashy blondes.

I haven't tried it on because it's so hot here in London at 35C for the past five days that my scalp is permanently sweating. So I'll have to wait till the cooler weather. But I know from past experience with almost the exact same styles, that it's going to suit me well. It's like a little boy cut but with a longer, very feminine top and crown area.

As usual with Raquel Welch the lace front is beautifully done.

Many thanks and keep safe.
