All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of you receiving your order. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com, or call us on +44(0)1455 559679, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit/debit card statement, depending on your credit/debit card company. We will notify you by email or by phone when your return has been processed.

Hair Brushes (for hygiene reasons)

• Items that have been brushed through cannot be accepted for return
• Any item that has had any products applied to it or has been exposed to perfume, smoke or food smell cannot be accepted for a refund.
