    • We use Royal Mail and DHL for UK deliveries.
    • We aim to dispatch your items to you as soon as possible, but this may not always be the same day as you place your order, please allow 2-5 business days to allow for processing time. If we expect longer lead times, it will be generally noted in the item description or you will be notified by telephone.
    • For Standard delivery £5.00 (including free postage deliveries), our aim is to despatch it within 2 business days (Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays), which means that you should receive your order within 2 to 5 business days from the date it was despatched. This may not always be possible depending on the volume of orders on our system. Please note that this excludes processing time.

    • If your order is less than 0.5kg and you have selected standard delivery, your order will be despatched with Royal Mail, and will cost you £3.00
    • If your order weighs over 2kg and you have selected standard delivery, It will cost you £10 and may be split into 2 packages.

    • Orders despatched by Royal Mail Service are NOT tracked but MUST be signed for and can take up to 5 business days to be delivered.

    • For DHL Express deliveries £10 [UK only]. Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday (excl. bank holidays). DHL will contact you by email to help you track your order once it has been despatched, provided correct contact details have been provided. Our express delivery service DOES NOT guarantee your order for next day delivery.

    • Orders despatched with DHL are tracked and will require a signature on delivery. Once despatched, delivery will take place within 1-5 business days.
  • From date of placing your order and you receiving your order please allow between 5-7 business days.

    • We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions or national holidays.

    • If you do not receive your order within 5 business days from the date of despatch, please contact our Customer Services on +44(0) 1455 559679 or email us at enquiries@continentalwigs.co.uk We would request that you contact as soon as possible and within 60 days of placing your order. If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement.

    • If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.

    • Large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.


International Deliveries

  • We currently use two options for international deliveries: A tracked service with Royal Mail(but must be signed for) and a tracked service through DHL. We ship to most countries, however at this time we are unable to ship to Africa, the Middle Eastern countries, Central/South America and Antarctica.

  • We aim to dispatch your items to you as soon as possible, but this may not always be the same day as when you place your order, please allow 2-5 business days to allow for processing time. If we have any longer lead times, it will be generally noted in the item description or you will be notified by telephone.

  • For Standard Royal Mail delivery £10.00 (including free postage deliveries), our aim is to despatch it within 2 business days (Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays), which means that you should receive your order within 7 to 10 business days from the date it was despatched. This may not always be possible depending on the volume of orders on our system. Please note that this excludes processing time .

  • If your order weighs over 2kg and you will be charged more for postage. As these orders are classed as heavy items the charge will vary depending on delivery destination.

  • Orders despatched by Royal Mail Service are NOT tracked but MUST be signed for and can take up to 10 business days to be delivered.

  • For DHL Express deliveries start from £20.00 (country dependant). Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday (excl. bank holidays). DHL will contact you by email to help you track your order once it has been despatched, provided correct contact details have been provided. Our express delivery service DOES NOT guarantee your order for next day delivery.

  • Orders despatched with DHL are tracked and will require a signature on delivery. Once despatched, delivery will take place within 1-5 business days.

  • When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes , which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for further information. If these charges are unpaid, your order may be returned to us and we will be unable to refund shipping costs. There may also be costs associated with the return to us, which will be deducted from any refund value. In certain situations your order may be destroyed by customs if duties and taxes are not paid. In this instance, we cannot refund product or shipping costs for these reasons.

  • Please be aware that there may be limitations on what can be sent to you with regards to specific items and order value. You may also need to provide specific documentation for clearance of your order, once it arrives in your destination country. This may vary from country to country and we ask that you contact your local customs office for additional information before placing an order. We cannot refund any shipping costs should your order be returned for any of these reasons. In certain situations your order may be destroyed by customs if you are unable to provide clearance for the order; in this instance we cannot refund product or shipping costs for these reasons.

  • Within our fees there is a Fuel Surcharge. We reserve the right to change our postage cost.

  • From date of placing your order and you receiving your order please allow between 7-10 business days if ordering by DHL and 10-14 business days if ordering by Royal Mail.



  • If you do not receive your order within 20 business days, please contact Customer Services on +44(0) 1455 559679 or email us at enquiries@continentalwigs.co.uk We would request that you contact us as soon as possible and within 20 days of placing your order. If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement.

  • We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.

  • If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.

  • Our third party carriers may not be able to deliver to certain countries at particular times for reasons of politics, government, natural disaster or operational crises. In such circumstances your shipment will be returned to our mail office and held till such a time that they are able to deliver to you. In these circumstances you may ask for the order to be refunded.

  • Large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.

  • If you live outside of the UK you will not pay any import Duties or Taxes at checkout. You are liable for these fees when the item enters your country. If you refuse delivery, you will still be charged the Import Fee and the item will be either DESTROYED or SENT BACK to us, at the buyers cost. You may NOT be entitled to any refund. Continental Wigs, DHL or Royal Mail are NOT liable for the costs associated with refusal of delivery.


Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to return for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Please let us know either by telephone or by email that you are returning your order, you have 14 days from receiving your order to do so, returns then must be postmarked within 14 days of letting us know. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit/debit card statement, depending on your credit/debit card company. We will notify you by email or by phone when your return has been processed.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Hair Brushes (for hygiene reasons)

Wig Tape

Makeup

Colour swatches

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

• Items that have been brushed through cannot be accepted for return

• Any item that has had any products applied to it or has been exposed to perfume, smoke or food smell cannot be accepted for a refund.

Refusing delivery of a parcel isn’t a trackable means of return. The return will not be covered under our return policy or our guarantee. You should accept delivery of an item you want to return and request a return as above.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances: 

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

If you live outside of the UK you will not pay any import Duties or Taxes at checkout. You are liable for these fees when the item enters your country. If you refuse delivery, you will still be charged the Import Fee and the item will be either DESTROYED or SENT BACK to us, at the buyers cost. You may NOT be entitled to any refund. Continental Wigs, DHL or Royal Mail are NOT liable for the costs associated with refusal of delivery

By refusing the package you lose your rights on a full refund.
